Program Highlights
- Brainstorm with key stakeholders, including employees, to discuss current HR processes and identify pain points.
- Model existing processes.
- Evaluate and remodel processes through the use of flow diagrams; focusing on HR strategic goals, gaps and redundancies, pain points, and available technology.
- Implement an employee satisfaction survey program that monitors and measures HR’s progress as new processes are rolled out.
