HRWARE delivers a highly flexible range of system acquisition and delivery options. HRW@RE may be installed in your server environment in a Traditional In-House Delivery Model or you may simply access the system which resides in our highly secure carrier grade hosting facility under the Hosted Delivery Model.
Regarding acquisition models, HRW@RE offers a traditional license purchase option and the newer SaaS (Software as a Service) acquisition models. In the purchase option you purchase the license and own the software, and in the SaaS model you pay on a monthly basis based on your number of employees and you are simply paying for the use of the software.
Finally, HRWARE now offers a financing option that allows you to acquire the software via a monthly fee with a buyout at the end of the term. Financed acquisitions may be installed in either your network environment (in-house) or our hosting facility.
