 | Kathy Tuitt President | | In the last fifteen years Kathy Tuitt has served as President and partner in HRWARE, a company she co-founded and helped grow to one of Canada's leading HRMS firms. She was instrumental in the company's sales growth, and her leadership helped position the company to win coveted awards of excellence from such partners as Microsoft and Great Plains Software. Today HRWARE is one of the most recognized HRMS vendors in Canada. For almost two decades Kathy has been a leader in the sales of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) to Canadian corporations. Mrs. Tuitt is an expert in HRMS technologies and is also becoming recognized as an authority on privacy issues in the workplace. She has been a featured speaker and guest lecturer at several International Association of Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM) conferences, as well as national and provincial education seminars. In doing so, she has educated audiences on topics ranging from HRMS strategies to case studies in effective privacy management. Mrs. Tuitt holds a BA in Commercial Studies with a Major in Finance, from the University of Western Ontario. |  | Alfred Tuitt Sr. Vice President, Sales and Marketing | | Alfred Tuitt's professional experience spans the spectrum of corporate mission critical and non-mission critical applications. His expertise includes Financial & Resource Modeling Systems, Automated Accounting Systems, Expert Systems, DRP & ERP systems, and more currently, Human Resource Management Systems, Scheduling Systems and Privacy Management Systems. His initial knowledge and understanding of automated business systems was attained in the Management Information Systems program at McGill University. Later, as the Canadian Sales Manager of GSI Transcomm, Alfred was involved in the sale and implementation of ERP systems in some of Canada's leading corporations. It was during his tenure at GSI Transcomm that he realized that the cost and success of any IT project is much more dependant on the quality, expertise and knowledge of the people involved in the implementation than the product itself. In 1994, with a clear picture in mind, Alfred established HRWARE with Tony Couto and Kathy Tuitt. Their goal was to offer medium and large sized Canadian corporations "best in class" human resource management applications backed by service that is second to none in the industry. They've been successfully achieving this goal with HRWARE for over 15 years. |  | Tony Couto Sr. Vice President, Operations | | In 1994, Tony Couto shared the same vision as Alfred Tuitt and Kathy Tuitt, and HRWARE was born. Prior to HRWARE, Tony enjoyed positions with GSI Canada as the Technical Director. He was later promoted to the HRMS product development team of GSI International in France. Tony is a graduate of the DeVry Institute of Technology. His role as Sr. Vice President of Operations has grown into a captivating leadership role. Applying his extensive knowledge and guiding the development team to new horizons, Tony has brought HRWARE to new and exiciting levels. |  | Eric Smith Director of Business Development | | Eric Smith has been with HRWARE for the past 3 years, acting as the Director of Business Development. Eric has spent the last 16 years in the Human Resources Management Technology industry, and has collaborated with well over 100 different companies across Canada, helping them to analyze their business process and prescribe practical technology solutions to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Eric has spoken at HR associations and conferences such as the Annual HRPAO Conference, the HRMAE, and has contributed to publications including the HRPAO’s HR Professional and volunteers as Team Leader of the Ontario Advisory Committee for the HRMSP/PSGRH Association. Eric is very dedicated to his work and is diligent in providing the best service possible. |  | Silvia Stankovic, CHRP, PMP Director, Human Capital Services | | Silvia Stankovic began her career as an HR Practitioner before focusing on Human Resources Management Technology, joining HRWARE in 2001. Since 1996, she has worked with multiple HR systems as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager and Director of Professional Services, assuming her current role in 2009. Silvia holds a B.A. from McMaster in Political Science, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College. Since then, she has obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Development from the OSTD and a Masters Certificate for Business Analysts through York University’s Schulich School of Business. At present, Silvia’s focus is on maximizing a client’s investment in HR systems by building and managing the value-added services currently offered through the Human Capital Consulting group. |  | Barbara Tonelli Client Services Manager | | Barbara Tonelli joined the HRWARE team in November 2006 as a Project Manager. She is currently working in the role of Project Manager and Client Services Manager, Business Solutions. Barbara brings 10 years of experience in the Human Capital Solutions Industry in many aspects, including Project Management, Implementation and Support. She has her diploma in Human Resources Management from SheridanCollege and is also a member of the HRPA working towards CHRP designation. She has completed the Tier 1 and Tier 2 CPE exams. Barbara is an enthusiastic worker, sharing her knowledge, excellent management skills and dedication with our team. |  | Andrew McKendrick Development Manager | | Andrew McKendrick joined the HRWARE team in March of 2009 as the Development Manager overseeing the Development and Support departments. Andrew brings with him over 17 years of software development experience. Andrew has a Computer Programming diploma, Accounting diploma, and Management diploma from Sheridan College. Andrew is passionate about his work and has a unique perspective to bring to the HRWARE team. | | Michael Williams Marketing Manager | | Michael Williams joined the HRWARE team in November 2009 as the Marketing Manger overseeing all marketing initiatives including: website, print material, tradeshow coordination, sales administration, business development programs and more. Michael is a graduate of the Marketing Administration program from Seneca College School of Marketing and eBusiness. Michael has vast knowledge in new business development strategies through eMarketing and is Google Certified. An entrepreneur at heart, he is also the President and CEO of his own online marketing firm where he manages several successful Canadian small business’ online marketing strategy. Michael’s knowledge in Human Resources and evolving marketing techniques is a valuable resource when taking HRWARE to the next level. |
