Service Excellence

The HRWARE Service Excellence program is a Continuous Improvement and Quality initiative started in 2003.

HRWARE is reviewing all internal processes and procedures with the intention of adding learning loops into them all as necessary. In addition HRWARE intends to regularly request feedback from its clients to ensure we continuously exceed expectations.

It is the intention of HRWARE to request input to its surveys via the Web. The results will be posted to the Web so that all Clients will be able to see the results.
