Toll-free telephone support is available from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday at (800) 390-3291 x7 or (905) 840-2521 x7 for local calls or wait for the operator, and ask for software support.

Telephone support is available to address the following:

a) Resolve/Address:

  • Usage errors
  • Procedural errors
  • Configuration errors
  • Bugs in the software

b) Answer questions about or to confirm software functionality.

If the call is outside the scope of Helpline support, you will be assisted in contacting your Account Manager.
